The engine of everything we do. A deep-dive consult that delivers your written Game Plan -- the roadmap that changes your number.

What it is

  • Full review of your business, real estate, and prior returns
  • A written Game Plan (implementation roadmap)
  • Entity, comp, retirement, and depreciation strategy

What it is NOT

  • Preparing or filing any tax return
  • A bundle -- the consult stands on its own

Your choice after your Game Plan: take the findings to your current tax preparer to implement, or ask us for a quote to do it for you. Either way, the Game Plan is yours to keep.

2. Tax Preparation

Preparing and filing your returns, done with real strategy behind them -- always priced as its own line.

What it is

  • Business and personal return preparation and filing
  • Priced by the returns and complexity involved
  • Built on the strategy from your Game Plan

What it is NOT

  • Included in your consult fee
  • Assumed -- it is quoted separately, every time

3. Bookkeeping

Clean, current books are the foundation of every strategy. We reconcile monthly and track by entity and by property.

What it is

  • Monthly reconciliation and categorization
  • Tracking by entity and by property
  • Clear reports you can actually use

What it is NOT

  • A receipt-collection service -- documentation stays your responsibility
  • A one-time cleanup unless scoped as onboarding

4. Advisory & the Ongoing Engagement

The relationship that keeps the plan working all year. Meetings are what you see -- the real value is the work happening behind them.

What you see

  • Alignment meetings, at least quarterly
  • A partner who knows your file
  • Priority access when decisions come up

What we do behind the scenes (all included)

  • Running your reasonable-comp calculation
  • Calculating estimated payments and PTET
  • Monitoring structure and depreciation year-round
